SaaS & B2B only — since 2022

Own the searches your buyers run right before they pick a vendor

B2B SEO Company is a specialist SaaS and B2B SEO agency. We find the keywords with real purchase intent behind them, build the pages that win those results, and report the outcome in pipeline — not sessions.

Two live projects. One took three months of nothing before it broke out, the other compounded quietly the whole way. Both are normal.

The actual problem

Your traffic is fine.
Your traffic is also irrelevant.

Most B2B software companies we meet are not failing at SEO. They are succeeding at the wrong version of it. Thirty thousand monthly visitors, a content calendar running two quarters deep, and a demo request rate that has not moved since 2023.

The reason is nearly always the same. The content targets people who are learning about a problem, and none of it targets people who have already decided to solve it and are choosing between three vendors this month.

Those two audiences search differently, and the second one is worth roughly forty times the first.

Learning

“what is revenue operations”

  • 14,800 searches/mo
  • 0.3% demo conversion
  • Buys something in 9–18 months, maybe

Buying

“clari alternative for mid-market”

  • 90 searches/mo
  • 7.1% demo conversion
  • Has a budget and a deadline

What we optimise for

Opportunities created, not sessions delivered.

Every keyword in the roadmap carries an expected-pipeline number before we build anything. If a cluster cannot be tied to a plausible deal, it does not get built.

Where we’re actually good

We know eight categories properly.
We say no to the rest.

Specialisation is not a positioning exercise. It means we already know your SERPs, your competitors' link profiles, and the objection your AEs hear on every third call.

Developer tools & APIs

Docs, SDK pages, and integration sets that rank without diluting the product.

Fintech & payments

Compliance-heavy content that survives legal review and still converts.

Cybersecurity

Threat-led editorial plus the framework and compliance queries buyers actually run.

HR, payroll & workforce

Templates, calculators, and regulation pages in a brutally competitive SERP.

MarTech & sales tech

Comparison and alternative pages against incumbents with 10x your domain rating.

Data, BI & analytics

Technical audiences who spot filler instantly. Content built from SME interviews.

Vertical SaaS

Small categories, low volume, high ACV. Precision beats publishing cadence.

AI & ML platforms

A category being redefined every quarter, where entity clarity matters more than usual.

How it runs

Six months of work,
in the order it happens

No discovery phase that produces a slide deck. The first deliverable in week four is a ranked roadmap with costs and expected outcomes on every line.

  1. 01

    Diagnose before prescribing

Four weeks inside your analytics, CRM, call recordings, and codebase. We do not present a strategy until we can explain why the current one is not working.

  2. 02

    Size the opportunity in revenue

Every keyword cluster gets an expected-pipeline figure based on your close rate and ACV. The roadmap is ranked by that number, not by search volume.

  3. 03

    Fix the foundation

Rendering, indexation, architecture, and internal links. Usually four to six weeks of unglamorous work that unlocks everything after it.

  4. 04

    Ship the money pages first

Comparison, alternatives, use case, and vertical pages. Smallest volume, fastest rankings, highest conversion. Then we work outward.

  5. 05

    Earn the authority to compete

Digital PR and original data aimed at the specific clusters where links are the constraint. A permanent workstream, not a phase.

  6. 06

    Report in pipeline, monthly

Keyword to page to session to opportunity to closed won. Plus what we got wrong that month, which we have found tends to build more trust than the wins.

When we’re the wrong choice

We turn down roughly half the companies that enquire. Usually for one of these four reasons. Recognising yourself here will save you a discovery call and us an awkward proposal.

Marketing team reviewing an SEO strategy together in a modern office
  • You launched last month

With no customers, no case studies, and no clarity on who buys, there is nothing to build search architecture around yet. Go sell twenty deals manually first.

  • You need pipeline this quarter

SEO does not do that. Paid search does. Come back once you have a channel covering the immediate number and want something that compounds underneath it.

  • You want to sprint, then stop

Six months of work followed by a pause loses most of what it gained. This is a standing investment or it is a waste of one.

  • You will not fund link acquisition

In competitive B2B categories, links are the binding constraint. If the budget only covers content, we will take the audit fee and send you on your way.

Before you ask

Questions we get on
every first call

01 What does a B2B SEO company actually do differently?
The specialisation shows up in three places. We size opportunity by revenue rather than search volume, which changes the entire roadmap in low-volume categories. We write for buying committees instead of one persona. And we instrument attribution across a multi-month cycle before we start, because last-click reporting will make organic look worthless in a B2B funnel and get the program cancelled.
02 How much does SaaS SEO cost?
Packages are $5,000, $7,500 and $10,000 a month, with custom quotes for audits, migrations and fixed-scope projects. Link acquisition is a separate budget line, typically $2,000 to $5,000 a month, and it is paid to publishers rather than to me. The full breakdown is on the pricing page, because the ambiguity in agency pricing wastes everyone's time.
03 How long until we see results?
Bottom-funnel commercial pages typically start ranking in 8 to 14 weeks. Broader category terms take 6 to 12 months. Most clients see the program cover its own cost somewhere between month 5 and month 9. If someone promises faster, ask them what happens in month 14.
04 Do you work with companies outside SaaS?
We work with B2B companies with considered purchases and identifiable buying committees — professional services, industrial, and B2B marketplaces all fit. We turn down ecommerce, local services, and anything consumer, because we would be a mediocre choice and there are specialists who are not.
05 Will you work alongside our in-house team?
Most of our engagements are structured that way. The typical split is that we own strategy, briefs, technical, and links; your team owns writing and publishing. In-house writers understand the product better than any agency will, and it is cheaper than paying us to learn it.
06 What if it does not work?
Contracts run on a rolling three-month term after the first quarter, and we do not use notice periods to trap people. If the program is not producing by month six we would rather have the honest conversation than keep invoicing. It has happened, and it is usually because the market did not have the demand we projected.
