This policy covers b2b-seo-company.com. It is written to be read rather than to be technically unassailable, so if something here is unclear, email us and we will explain it in plainer terms.

What we collect

When you submit the teardown form we store the name, work email, website URL, budget range and message you provide. That is the only personal data we collect directly. We also collect anonymous, aggregated analytics about page visits — no cookies that identify you individually, and no cross-site tracking.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and to prepare the teardown you asked for. We do not add form submissions to a marketing list. If you later ask to receive our newsletter, that is a separate and explicit opt-in.

Who else sees it

Our email provider, our CRM, and our hosting provider process this data on our behalf under standard data processing agreements. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to other agencies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for seven years where tax law requires it, and otherwise deleted at the end of the engagement plus one year.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@b2b-seo-company.com and we will action it within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Analytics and cookies

We use PrettyInsights for analytics. It does not set identifying cookies and does not build profiles of individual visitors, which is why there is no cookie banner on this site — there is nothing to consent to.

We also run the EasyChatDesk chat widget so you can ask a question without filling in a form. If you start a conversation there, the message and anything you choose to share in it are stored by that service on our behalf, and deleted on the same schedule as the enquiries described above.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, for anyone with an active enquiry or engagement, tell you directly.
