About
I’m Andrei Saioc.
I only do B2B and
SaaS SEO.
Four years working exclusively on software and B2B search, and no plans to broaden. When you hire this site, you get me — not a pitch team who hands the account to someone junior after the contract is signed.

The short version
One thing, on purpose
A generalist agency running a dental practice, an ecommerce store and a cybersecurity platform in the same week has to work from a general playbook. That playbook says publish more, chase volume, and report on sessions. It works fine for the dentist.
For a company selling a $60,000 platform into a seven-person buying committee it is close to useless, and the reason is structural rather than a matter of effort. B2B search demand is small, fragmented, and hidden in queries that keyword tools report as zero volume. Finding it requires knowing the category.
So I stay inside eight categories, I have run around forty programs inside them, and when someone from a ninth calls I say no and point them somewhere better. That constraint is the entire business model.
What I believe
Six positions I will
argue with you about
Most of these cost me business at the proposal stage. I keep them anyway, because clients who disagree with them tend to be unhappy by month four.
Volume is a vanity metric in B2B
A keyword with 40 searches and purchase intent beats one with 40,000 and none. I will show you the arithmetic in the first month and it will make your traffic chart look boring.
The brief is where SEO happens
Writers should write. When a piece fails, nine times out of ten the brief was a keyword and a word count rather than an argument and a set of sources.
Links are a real constraint, not a myth
Anyone telling you links no longer matter has not tried to break into a competitive B2B category recently. I would rather say the uncomfortable thing about budget up front.
Pruning beats publishing
On most B2B blogs I inherit, removing or merging 40% of the library produces a bigger lift than the next quarter of new content would have.
Attribution should survive a CFO
Last-click reporting makes organic look worthless in a five-month sales cycle. I instrument the funnel properly before starting, because the alternative is getting cancelled in month nine for the wrong reason.
Say no more often
I turn down about half the companies that enquire. One consultant has a finite number of accounts, and stretching past it is how every agency you have already fired ended up disappointing you.
Who does the work
The person on the call
is the person on the account
There is no junior layer that inherits your account after signing, because there is nobody to inherit it. I write the strategy, build the keyword map, write or brief the content, open the pull requests, and present the monthly report.
For the parts that genuinely need a specialist — a survey panel, a designer for a data study, a Shopify or Webflow developer — I bring in people I have worked with for years and introduce them directly rather than marking up their invoices.
The trade-off is capacity. I take a limited number of accounts at a time, so the honest answer to “can you start Monday” is usually no.
How I get clients
I don’t run ads for this
You got here through a search, a recommendation, or someone sharing an article. Not through a paid placement, because an SEO consultant who buys their own demand is telling you something.
It also means my pipeline runs under exactly the same constraints as yours, and every argument I make to you is one I have already had to make work on this site first.
