Standalone

An SEO audit that ends with decisions, not a 90-page PDF

Four weeks, a full diagnosis across technical, content, links, and conversion, and a ranked roadmap with effort and expected impact on every line. Yours to keep whether or not we work together.

The problem

You do not have an information problem

Most companies that ask for an audit have already had one. Somewhere on a shared drive there is a document listing 140 issues, colour-coded, that nobody has opened in a year.

The failure is not the analysis. It is that the analysis was never converted into a sequence of decisions with owners, effort estimates, and an expected outcome attached.

Our audit is structured backwards from that: what should you do first, why, what will it cost, and what happens if you do nothing.

You probably recognise

  • Organic traffic has been flat or declining for three or more quarters
  • You are planning a replatform and want to avoid the usual disaster
  • A previous agency left and nobody knows what state things are in
  • You need an outside opinion before committing budget

What you get

Everything included in
b2b seo audit

01

Technical health assessment

Crawl, render, index, speed, and architecture. Every issue with reproduction steps and a severity rating.

02

Content performance analysis

Every URL classified: winners, decayers, cannibals, and dead weight. With a keep / refresh / merge / remove call on each.

03

Keyword and intent gap map

What you rank for, what your competitors rank for that you do not, and which of those gaps are worth closing.

04

Link profile review

Quality, velocity, anchor distribution, and risk. Plus the specific competitor links you could realistically win.

05

Conversion path review

What happens after the click. Frequently the largest single lever and the one an SEO audit usually ignores.

06

Ranked 12-month roadmap

Sequenced quarterly, with effort in engineering days, expected impact, and a clear owner for each initiative.

07

Live walkthrough

A 90-minute session with your team where we defend every recommendation and answer the hard questions.

How we run it

The sequence, start to finish

Same order every time, because the steps depend on each other. Skipping ahead is the most common reason these programs underperform.

  1. 01

    Access and kickoff

Analytics, Search Console, CRM, and ideally server logs. Plus a call with marketing and sales.

  2. 02

    Data collection

Crawls, competitor analysis, SERP sampling, and interviews. Week one and two.

  3. 03

    Analysis

Where the diagnosis actually happens. Week three.

  4. 04

    Prioritisation

Every finding costed and ranked. This is the part that makes an audit useful.

  5. 05

    Delivery and defence

Document, roadmap, and a live session. Week four.

A good fit if

  • Companies considering an agency and wanting a low-risk first step
  • In-house teams needing external validation for a budget request
  • Anyone about to replatform

Probably not if

  • Teams that already know what to do and just need execution — start with a retainer instead

Questions

About seo audit

01 What does it cost and is it credited?
It is quoted per project, because a 200-page site and a 12,000-page site are not the same four weeks of work. Most audits land between $6,000 and $9,000. If you start a retainer within 90 days, the full amount is credited against your first invoices.
02 What do you need from us?
Read access to Google Analytics and Search Console, ideally your CRM and server logs, and about three hours of your team's time across the four weeks.
03 Can we implement the roadmap ourselves?
Yes. It is written to be executed by an in-house team, and roughly a third of our audit clients do exactly that. The document is yours with no strings attached.
